Terms and Conditions for Manage My Emissions
1. Emissions Calculations and Information: Manage My Emissions currently provides a range of information on global warming and on-line services for calculating a User's carbon foot-print. We are continuously attempting to improve these services and enhance the outcomes. Manage My Emissions does its best to provide up-to-date and accurate calculations based on current scientific data and best practices but takes no responsibility to alter its liabilities for previous calculations done if changes are made to the calculation basis.
2. Sales: When a Purchaser makes a payment to offset his carbon emissions Manage My Emissions will take action to, over time, fund projects on the Purchaser's behalf to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas concentrations in the Atmosphere. The Purchaser will receive a certificate to demonstrate the emissions which are being offset. The purchaser will not receive title to any emission reductions achieved by any of Manage My Emissions reduction projects. Manage My Emissions will not sell any emission reductions to more then one party.
3. Terms of Use:
3.1 By using the calculator on the Manage My Emissions website the User is agreeing to bear all the risks associated with using the content including any that arise from the reliance on the accuracy or usefulness of the results produced. In this regard the User hereby acknowledges that they may not rely on any content which is produced, displayed or linked to Manage My Emissions and that not all results obtained from the service are reliable or accurate.
3.2 Manage My Emissions reserves the right, from any time, to discontinue or modify the service it provides, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
